TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LAKEHURST WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT AND TO ALL OTHER PERSONS TO WHOM IT MAY BE OF CONCERN:

NOTICE I S HEREBY GIVEN, that the May 18, 2026, regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Lakehurst Water and Sanitation District has been cancelled.

NOTICE I S FURTHER GIVEN, pursuant to Section 24-6-402(4)(c)(L), C.R.S., as amended, that the Board of Directors of the Lakehurst Water and Sanitation District, of Jefferson County, Colorado, will, in lieu of the cancelled regular May meeting, convene a special meeting on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. i n the office of the Lakehurst Water and Sanitation District located at 7995 West Quincy Avenue, Littleton, Colorado 80123 for the purpose of addressing those matters set forth below and conducting such other business as may properly come before the Board. This meeting will be open to the public.
